Payment Methods
J & A Car Rental accepts payment in cash. Besides cash in RMB, foreign currencies like US Dollar and Euros are also acceptable. Currently, we don¡¯t accept payment with credit card.
Reservation Confirmation
Within 12 hours after submitting our ¡°Booking Request Form¡±, either by filling out our online Booking Request Form or sending us an email for booking, our service personnel will take care of your booking request and confirm to you, by telephone or email, if all required info has been provided clearly. You¡¯re also encouraged to make the booking by telephone.
No deposit, either in cash or by credit card, is required for we believe that business is built on trust. Our No-Deposit Reservation policy will save you trouble and time.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made by email ( info@jaindustries.com.cn ) and telephone (86-755-8347 8449). Please inform us the first time you decide to make the cancellation so we don¡¯t have to bear the cost incurred because of no-show of you.
Privacy
All info J & A Car Rental collects about you and your company, from Booking Request Form or the info our drivers and business assistants get access to during your trip, will be kept strictly within our company. J & A Car Rental guarantees that we will not sell, disclose or disseminate all info about you and your company to any other third parties for any purposes.
Rates & Billing
All rates are subject to our final confirmation before booking request is confirmed. Rates are negotiable if our car rental and business assistant services will be used for more than a week. Payment can be made daily, normally at the end of each day, or 50% upfront and the balance to be paid when business trip is finished.
Lost and Found
J & A Car Rental staff have the responsibility to take care of customer¡¯s stuff during the entire trip. J & A Car Rental drivers, business assistants and other staff will assist customers on finding the items lost during the trip. If items were found after customers went back to their countries, J & A Car Rental would arrange shipment, either by express or air, but the cost will be covered by customers. Customer can also choose to have us keep the goods for them and give them back when they come to China next time. No extra cost will be charged for keeping customer¡¯s lost items.
